# **Kickstart your development with flexible financing**

If we don’t use it, Lancashire will lose it. 

###### The Lancashire Urban Development Fund is a £20 million fund, fully dedicated to the development of industrial workspace in Lancashire. £6 million of the fund has been allocated to projects across the region, with a remaining £14 million that must be committed to projects soon.

#### The fund is designed to...

Enable new industrial developments and unlock stalled projects in Lancashire.

Enhance the growth of small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in high growth sectors, such as aerospace, engineering, automotive, creative and environmental.

Rebuild the local economy, create jobs and drive sustainable growth post COVID-19.

#### Why invest in Lancashire?

#### Lancashire is one of the largest economies in the North West, with over 52,000 businesses generating over £32 billion per year. Known for being a well-connected location with a diverse base of businesses with strengths in manufacturing, Lancashire also has the greatest concentration of aerospace production in the UK.
